Refund Policy
Returning or Exchanging an item.
RDRA Global Ltd (“Bleu Roc”) will accept returns for any unused items within 14 days of receiving them. If returning items, the items must be returned to RDRA Global Ltd in its original packaging and unopened. Contact us on email [email protected] to obtain the return address. Customers should retain evidence of the items having been sent to RDRA Global Ltd. No refund will be made if the items are not received by RDRA Global Ltd and no such evidence of RDRA Global Ltd receiving the items is available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping items over £40, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us, if however your order has already been processed you will need to return the order to us.
