Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returning or Exchanging an Item

We accept returns for items that are unused and unopened within 14 days of receipt.

To arrange a return, please email us at info@bleuroc.co.uk to request the return address and full instructions.

All items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage, as we are unable to process refunds for items that are not received and where no delivery confirmation is available.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Return Postage Costs

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer and is non- refundable.

If the item you're returning is valued over £40, we strongly advise using a tracked postal service or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at

info@bleuroc.co.uk.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you will need to wait until it has been delivered and then follow our standard returns process as outlined above.
